“WHEN DOES THE END COME?”
I've been walking on
the treadmill recently and found 2 good DVD's on The Tribulation. One's called just that,
"Tribulation" I believe and the other is "Tribulation
Force." Both are put out by Cloud
Ten.
The company's first
feature film was Apocalypse (film) (1998), a low-budget
thriller. The company has since produced three more films in the Apocalypse Series, Revelation (1999) although I don't recommend this one, Tribulation (2000) and Judgment (2001).
They really pique my
interest in the End Times!
Have you ever
wondered when the end of the world is?
According to the
Bible it is at least 1,007 years off!
The
Tribulation and the
1,000 Year Reign of Christ on earth
must come
first. But the Tribulation will be very
much
like "hell on
earth," and that is next.
Since
there are at least 65
Bible Verses about the Signs Of The End Times,
what will be just 3
signs of the end of the world which will occur as early as the Tribulation?
1. The family unit will be disintegrated more
than ever before in the history of our world.
In the Great Tribulation members of one's own household will betray each
other in delivering one another over to "Big Brother"
(Mark 13:12--Now the
brother shall betray the brother to death and the father the son; and children
shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.)
2. Earthquakes will become more and more
frequent and devastating (Luke 21:11--And great earthquakes shall be in divers
places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall
there be from heaven.)
Famines will become
more widespread, noticeable now, especially in the Third Word (Mark 13:8--For
nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall
be earthquakes in various places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these
are the beginnings of sorrows.)
3. Stars will fall and the sun will be
darkened. This darkened heaven will
occur just as when Jesus died on the cross.
Against the background of a darkened heaven, the "Son of Man"
is to be revealed in all His
shining glory of
God. Will you be ready for the coming of
the Son of God? If you want to escape
the Tribulation, you can by simply accepting Jesus Christ by faith through
prayer right now. Here is a suggested
prayer:
"Lord Jesus, I know You died on the cross
for me, a sinner. I realize I deserve to
be punished for my own sins, but thank You for taking that punishment. Come into my life. Save me. And He will! He promises!
